No contract will subsist between you and HexxOne.com for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until HexxOne.com accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. * All purchases of any subscription plans, license keys, and software activation codes from HexxOne are final and non-refundable, whether you use them or not.

* Once a subscription or license key has been issued and activated, it **cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded** under any circumstances.

* Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of HexxOne products with their systems prior to purchase.

2. Subscription Terms

* Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise specified at checkout).

* Cancellation of a subscription will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

* HexxOne reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at any time, with prior notice to subscribers.

3. License Keys & Activation

* License keys or activation codes are provided for single-use per account/device unless otherwise stated.

* Keys must be kept secure by the customer. HexxOne will not replace lost, stolen, or shared keys.

* Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or resale of license keys will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

4. Account & Usage

* Customers must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

* Misuse of HexxOne services, including but not limited to illegal activities, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass licensing systems, is strictly prohibited.

* In the case of a shared subscription, the user must bind and comply with non-sharing activities and thus will result in the cancellation of their subscription without any refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

* HexxOne is not liable for damages, losses, or disruptions arising from misuse, incompatibility, or failure to follow system requirements.

* All software and services are provided **“as is”** without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.

6. Policy Updates

* HexxOne reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website.
